Can you remove oil stains?+
In most cases, yes. We can significantly reduce — and often completely remove — oil, grease, transmission fluid, and rust stains from concrete and asphalt. Fresh stains are the easiest and usually come out fully. Older stains that have been baking into the surface for months or years are more stubborn, but typically lighten dramatically after a hot-water surface clean and a degreaser pre-treatment. We'll take a look up front and give you an honest expectation before we get started.
Will pressure washing damage my concrete?+
No, not when it's done correctly by a professional. Concrete is durable, but the wrong technique — too much pressure held in one spot, the wrong tip, or a turbo nozzle in untrained hands — can absolutely cause "wand striping," etching, or aggregate exposure. We use commercial-grade surface cleaners that distribute pressure evenly, paired with the right nozzles, so the result is a uniform, streak-free clean across the whole driveway with zero damage to the surface.
How long does it take?+
A typical residential driveway takes 1 to 2 hours from setup to cleanup. Long driveways, two-car-plus aprons, and concrete that's heavily stained may take a little longer, especially if we're pre-treating oil spots, rust, or leaf tannin staining. We always give you a clear time estimate before we start so you can plan around the work.
Can you clean my walkway at the same time?+
Absolutely — most customers bundle their walkways, front steps, patio, and even pool decks with their driveway cleaning. Once we're already on-site with the equipment set up, additional concrete and paver areas typically get done quickly and at a reduced combined rate. It's the most cost-effective way to refresh the entire look of your home from the curb.
